Bill ICC-PUBLIC UTIL SECURITY POLCY Amends the Public Utilities Act. Illinois HB 4419 (94th) — ICC-PUBLIC UTIL SECURITY POLCY

Amends the Public Utilities Act. Provides that the Illinois Commerce Commission shall require all public utilities (now, all electric public utilities) to establish a security policy that includes on-site safeguards to restrict access to critical infrastructure and computerized control and data systems.
