Bill CD CORR-COMMISSARY COSTS Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that if a facility of the Department of Corrections maintains a commissary or commissaries serving employees of the Department, the selling price for all goods shall be sufficient to cover the costs of the goods and an additional charge of from 3% to 10%. Illinois HB 4559 (94th) — CD CORR-COMMISSARY COSTS

Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that if a facility of the Department of Corrections maintains a commissary or commissaries serving employees of the Department, the selling price for all goods shall be sufficient to cover the costs of the goods and an additional charge of from 3% to 10%. Effective immediately.
