Bill VEH CD-REGISTRATION-FED REGS Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State may revoke or suspend the registration of a vehicle if the Secretary determines that the owner of the vehicle is in violation of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Illinois HB 4657 (94th) — VEH CD-REGISTRATION-FED REGS

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State may revoke or suspend the registration of a vehicle if the Secretary determines that the owner of the vehicle is in violation of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Effective immediately.
