Bill MIL CODE-ADJUTANTS GENERAL Amends the Military Code of Illinois. Provides that the Assistant Adjutant General for Army and Assistant Adjutant General for Air appointed by the Commander-in-Chief shall be active officers of the Illinois National guard of a grade not to exceed Major General (now, with a grade of Brigadier General). Provides that Assistant Adjutants General shall serve with the compensation and responsibilities designated under the Act. Illinois HB 4729 (94th) — MIL CODE-ADJUTANTS GENERAL

Amends the Military Code of Illinois. Provides that the Assistant Adjutant General for Army and Assistant Adjutant General for Air appointed by the Commander-in-Chief shall be active officers of the Illinois National guard of a grade not to exceed Major General (now, with a grade of Brigadier General).
