Bill MUNI CD-TERMINAL FACILITY-TIF Amends the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Repeals and reinstates, with a different placement within the Act, a Section concerning an exemption for building materials for intermodal terminal facility areas. Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Counties Code to make corresponding changes. Amends the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act in the Illinois Municipal Code. Authorizes municipalities to establish a project redevelopment area in an intermodal terminal facility area for the purpose of improving existing terminal facilities and related infrastructure.
