Bill COMMUNITY SENIOR SERVCS-GRANTS Amends the Community Senior Services and Resources Act. Provides that the Department on Aging may award grants for the purposes of modifying the physical structure of a senior services and resource center or experimenting with innovative programming, which includes but is not limited to after-hours programming, to permit a senior services and resource center to appeal to a broader array of seniors. Illinois HB 5301 (94th) — COMMUNITY SENIOR SERVCS-GRANTS

Amends the Community Senior Services and Resources Act. Provides that the Department on Aging may award grants for the purposes of modifying the physical structure of a senior services and resource center or experimenting with innovative programming, which includes but is not limited to after-hours programming, to permit a senior services and resource center to appeal to a broader array of seniors. Effective immediately.
