Illinois HB 669 (94th) — WILDLIFE PRESERVATION FUND
Amends the Illinois Non-Game Wildlife Protection Act. Beginning with fiscal year 2006, provides that 5% of each fiscal year's appropriations from the Illinois Wildlife Preservation Fund must be committed to or expended on grants by the Department of Natural Resources for the construction or maintenance of wildlife rehabilitation facilities for endangered species.
