Bill	HUMAN RTS-DEFAULT-GOOD CAUSE	Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act. Provides that the Department of Human Rights may (rather than shall) issue a notice of default directed to a respondent who fails to file a verified response to a charge within 60 days of receipt of the notice of the charge, unless the respondent demonstrates good cause as to why the notice should not issue. Provides that the Department shall define "good cause" by rule. Illinois HB 823 (94th) — HUMAN RTS-DEFAULT-GOOD CAUSE

Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act.
