Bill PLUMBING LIC-LOCAL REGULATION Amends the Illinois Plumbing License Law. Provides that a city, village, or county that requires a permit for the installation and repair of plumbing may issue that permit only upon verification that the applicant is a licensed plumber or the owner occupant of a single family residence that is the subject of the permit. Illinois HB 930 (94th) — PLUMBING LIC-LOCAL REGULATION

Amends the Illinois Plumbing License Law. Provides that a city, village, or county that requires a permit for the installation and repair of plumbing may issue that permit only upon verification that the applicant is a licensed plumber or the owner occupant of a single family residence that is the subject of the permit. Effective immediately.
