Bill IEMA - VIOLATION ORDERS Amends the Radiation Protection Act of 1990. Changes references in the Act from the "Department of Nuclear Safety" to the "Illinois Emergency Management Agency". Provides for the Illinois Emergency Management Agency to issue a violation abatement order if an examination of records causes the Agency to believe there has been a violation of the Act or any rules or regulations promulgated under the Act. Illinois SB 1483 (94th) — IEMA - VIOLATION ORDERS

Amends the Radiation Protection Act of 1990. Changes references in the Act from the "Department of Nuclear Safety" to the "Illinois Emergency Management Agency".
