Illinois SB 1651 (94th) — IDPA-SUPPORTIVE LIVNG FACILITY
Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act, the Nursing Home Care Act, the Illinois Public Aid Code, and the Older Adult Services Act. Under the Illinois Public Aid Code, provides that the Department of Public Aid shall establish and maintain a supportive living facilities program (instead of a demonstration project).
