Bill DPT REV-ANNUAL REPORT Amends the Department of Revenue Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of Revenue to prepare an annual report listing all revenue and fee collections and distributions and all expenditures of the Department for the prior fiscal year. Provides that, no later than October 1 of each year, the Department must submit the annual report to the Governor and the General Assembly and make an electronic copy of the report available on its Internet website. Illinois SB 1935 (94th) — DPT REV-ANNUAL REPORT

Amends the Department of Revenue Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of Revenue to prepare an annual report listing all revenue and fee collections and distributions and all expenditures of the Department for the prior fiscal year. Provides that, no later than October 1 of each year, the Department must submit the annual report to the Governor and the General Assembly and make an electronic copy of the report available on its Internet website. Effective immediately.
