Illinois SB 2272 (94th) — COUNTIES CD-COURT FEES
Amends the Counties Code. Provides that a county in which a drug court has been created may charge each defendant on a judgment of guilty or a grant of supervision a mandatory fee of up to $5 to be used for the operation and administration of a drug court.
