| Bill | COMPTROLLER-TRNSFRS-WEB INFO | Amends a Section of the State Finance Act authorizing the transfer of certain moneys from special funds to the General Revenue Fund to provide that the State Comptroller shall not transfer moneys from the State Off-Set Claims Fund. Requires the State Comptroller to reverse any transfers already made from that fund. Amends the Illinois Pension Code to provide that the "effective rate of interest" that must be determined by the State Comptroller annually must be determined for each fiscal year by January 31 (now, by September 1) immediately preceding the start of that fiscal year. Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934 to provide that certain liability limits under that Act that are annually adjusted by the Comptroller shall be made available via the Comptroller's official website by January 31 of every year (now, made available to the chief judge of each judicial circuit). Amends the Code of Civil Procedure to provide that certain copying fees that are annually adjusted by the Comptroller shall be made available to the public via the Comptroller's official website by January 31 of every year.
