Illinois SB 2909 (94th) — WHOLESALE DRUG DIST-COMP CORD

Amends the Wholesale Drug Distribution Act. Provides that an applicant for temporary licensure must meet the inspection requirements for regular licensure before the temporary license shall be granted.
