Bill JUV CT-PARENTS PRESENCE Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. In the provision that the general public except for the news media and the victim shall be excluded from any hearing, changes the reference from "victim" to "crime victim" as defined in the Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses Act. Amends the Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses Act. Illinois SB 292 (94th) — JUV CT-PARENTS PRESENCE

Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. In the provision that the general public except for the news media and the victim shall be excluded from any hearing, changes the reference from "victim" to "crime victim" as defined in the Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses Act.
