Illinois SB 459 (94th) — VEH CD-SOS-DRIVER DATA-GOVT
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State may, in his or her discretion, furnish vehicle or driver data on an electronic format or computer processible medium, at no fee, to any State or local governmental agency that uses the information to transmit data back to the Secretary that enables the Secretary to maintain accurate driving records.
