Illinois SB 518 (94th) — CONST MGMT SERVICE-PROCUREMENT
Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Sets procedures for the award of contracts for construction management services. Requires State agencies to provide public notice of all projects requiring construction management services. Provides procedures for the selection of construction managers and for contract negotiations. Requires State agencies to evaluate construction management firms at the completion of a project.
