Illinois SB 528 (94th) — MUNI OFFICER AGE LIMIT
Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that the age limit applicable to persons seeking municipal employment in either a fire department or police department shall not apply to a person who has served as a sworn officer of the Illinois Department of State Police (this is an addition to a list of several other exemptions).
