Bill CIV PRO-SEXUAL INJ LIMITATIONS Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Provides that the limitation period for an injury caused by "sexual conduct" or "sexual penetration" as defined by the Criminal Code of 1961 does not run during a time when the person injured is subject to threats, intimidation, manipulation, or fraud by the perpetrator or another acting in the perpetrator's interest. Illinois HB 1462 (95th) — CIV PRO-SEXUAL INJ LIMITATIONS

Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Provides that the limitation period for an injury caused by "sexual conduct" or "sexual penetration" as defined by the Criminal Code of 1961 does not run during a time when the person injured is subject to threats, intimidation, manipulation, or fraud by the perpetrator or another acting in the perpetrator's interest. Effective January 1, 2008.
