Illinois HB 1535 (95th) — AUTISM-ADULT-RESEARCH

Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act. Requires the Department of Human Services, or independent contractual consultants engaged by the Department, to research possible funding streams for the development and implementation of services for adults with autism spectrum disorders without mental retardation. Requires the Department to report the results of its research and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly.
