Bill VEH CD-FIRE FIGHTERS PLATE FEE Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code provision concerning Illinois Fire Fighters license plates. Provides that the moneys in the Illinois Fire Fighters' Memorial Fund that are used for scholarships may be used for graduate scholarships, undergraduate scholarships, or both, for spouses (as well as for children) of fire fighters killed in the line of duty. Provides that up to 10% of the annual proceeds of the Fund may be used for exhibits for and the maintenance of the Illinois Fire Fighter Museum. Illinois HB 1554 (95th) — VEH CD-FIRE FIGHTERS PLATE FEE

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code provision concerning Illinois Fire Fighters license plates. Provides that the moneys in the Illinois Fire Fighters' Memorial Fund that are used for scholarships may be used for graduate scholarships, undergraduate scholarships, or both, for spouses (as well as for children) of fire fighters killed in the line of duty.
