Bill DNR-WORLD SHOOTING-ACCOUNT Amends the Department of Natural Resources (Conservation) Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois to provide that a local bank account established for the World Shooting and Recreational Complex that is used to hold income received before and during a competitive shooting event, to pay out cash prizes for the same event for which the income was received, or to purchase prizes for that event is exempt from a requirement that the balance of the account be forwarded to the Department for deposit with the State Treasurer on Monday of each week if the amount exceeds $500. Requires such an account to be in the name of the Department and subject to regular audits. Limits the balance of the account to a maximum of $250,000. Illinois HB 1778 (95th) — DNR-WORLD SHOOTING-ACCOUNT
