Bill COURTS-REPORTERS-TRANSCRIPTS Amends the Illinois Certified Shorthand Reporters Act of 1984; provides for the issuance of a restricted court reporter's certificate upon the written request of the Chief Judge of a reporter's circuit (instead of upon the request of the Supreme Court). Illinois HB 1790 (95th) — COURTS-REPORTERS-TRANSCRIPTS
