Illinois HB 18 (95th) — SCH CD-REQUIRE BULLYING POLICY
Amends the School Code. Provides that, beginning 180 days after the effective date of the amendatory Act, each school district shall create and maintain a policy on bullying, which policy must be filed with the State Board of Education.
