Bill FIRE INVESTIGATION-REPORTING Amends the Fire Investigation Act. Requires the chief of the fire department to furnish to the Office of the State Fire Marshal any information that the State Fire Marshal deems of importance to the fire services. Permits the State Fire Marshal to adopt necessary rules for the administration of the reporting of fires, hazardous material incidents, and other incidents or events that the State Fire Marshal deems of importance to the fire services. Illinois HB 1988 (95th) — FIRE INVESTIGATION-REPORTING

Amends the Fire Investigation Act. Requires the chief of the fire department to furnish to the Office of the State Fire Marshal any information that the State Fire Marshal deems of importance to the fire services.
