Bill VEH CD-DISABLED VET-SR CITIZEN Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that, beginning with the 2009 registration year, if a person eligible to receive one set of Disabled Veteran plates at no charge has claimed and received a grant under the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act, or has been approved for benefits under that Act, that person may purchase a second set of Disabled Veteran plates for $24, instead of the usual fee for license plates for a vehicle of the first division or a vehicle of the second division weighing not more than 8,000 pounds. us/states/il Illinois General Assembly 95th HB 2044 Illinois HB 2044 (95th)

Illinois HB 2044 (95th) — VEH CD-DISABLED VET-SR CITIZEN

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.
