Illinois HB 217 (95th) — VEH CD-DEALER RECORDS SENT
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a vehicle dealer has complied with the provision requiring the dealer to deliver to the Secretary of State, within 20 days after transferring a vehicle to another person, the certificate of title to that vehicle, if the dealer mails the title certificate to the Secretary within the 20 days, according to the postmark.
