Bill PROP TX-TAX SALES Amends the Property Tax Code. Authorizes, except in Cook County, the personal service of the notice of the expiration of the period of redemption to be made by licensed or registered private detectives. Illinois HB 282 (95th) — PROP TX-TAX SALES

Amends the Property Tax Code. Authorizes, except in Cook County, the personal service of the notice of the expiration of the period of redemption to be made by licensed or registered private detectives.
