Bill INC TX-NATIONAL GUARD-DEDUCT Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Illinois HB 290 (95th) — INC TX-NATIONAL GUARD-DEDUCT

Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Provides that an individual may take an income tax deduction for compensation paid for service in the National Guard of any state (now, only the Illinois National Guard). Effective immediately.
