Illinois HB 3604 (95th) — HOSPITALS-PATIENT RELIGION

Amends the Hospital Licensing Act. Provides that every hospital must adopt policies and procedures to ensure that, in making decisions concerning the treatment of a patient at the hospital, health care professionals must take into account the patient's religious beliefs.
