Illinois HB 4190 (95th) — PUBLIC AID-SHELTERED CARE RATE
Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. In connection with the Aid to the Aged, Blind or Disabled program, provides that the Department of Human Services shall increase the sheltered care rates in effect on June 30, 2008, by 10%. Effective immediately.
