Bill VEH CD-HOSPICE FUND Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Deletes language providing that all money in the Hospice Fund shall be paid to the Department of Public Health for distribution as grants for hospice services and that the Director of Public Health shall adopt rules for distribution of these grants. Illinois HB 4297 (95th) — VEH CD-HOSPICE FUND

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Deletes language providing that all money in the Hospice Fund shall be paid to the Department of Public Health for distribution as grants for hospice services and that the Director of Public Health shall adopt rules for distribution of these grants.
