Bill CNTY CD-CELL TOWERS Amends the Counties Code. Provides that, with respect to public hearings concerning telecommunications facilities and AM broadcast towers, notice must be sent by certified mail at least 15 days prior to the hearing to the owners of record of all residential property that is adjacent to the lot upon which the facility is proposed to be sited. Illinois HB 4936 (95th) — CNTY CD-CELL TOWERS

Amends the Counties Code. Provides that, with respect to public hearings concerning telecommunications facilities and AM broadcast towers, notice must be sent by certified mail at least 15 days prior to the hearing to the owners of record of all residential property that is adjacent to the lot upon which the facility is proposed to be sited. Effective immediately.
