Bill CDB-EXTEND REPEAL Amends the Capital Development Board Act. Provides that the Section concerning contract administration fees is repealed on June 30, 2012 (now June 30, 2008). Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that the Sections concerning the Capital Development Board Revolving Fund and fund payments are repealed on June 30, 2012 (now June 30, 2008). Illinois HB 5312 (95th) — CDB-EXTEND REPEAL

Amends the Capital Development Board Act. Provides that the Section concerning contract administration fees is repealed on June 30, 2012 (now June 30, 2008). Amends the State Finance Act.
