Bill IDOT-CONVEYANCES Authorizes the Department of Transportation to convey certain described parcels in Vermilion, Tazewell, Lee, Rock Island, and Effingham Counties. Illinois HB 5494 (95th) — IDOT-CONVEYANCES

Authorizes the Department of Transportation to convey certain described parcels in Vermilion, Tazewell, Lee, Rock Island, and Effingham Counties. Authorizes the Department to release or restore various described easements acquired by the State for highway purposes in Henry, Ford, Livingston, Kankakee, Madison, and Ogle Counties. Effective immediately.
