Provides that any person who is required to submit to a drug test within the State must pay a $2 fee. Provides that the funds shall be deposited into a special fund in the State treasury and may be used to make grants to drug courts for certain specified purposes. Creates the position of Statewide Drug Court Coordinator within the Department of Human Services. Illinois HB 622 (95th) — DASA-TEST FEE-DRUG COURT

Amends the Department of Human Services (Alcoholism and Substance Abuse) Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that any person who is required to submit to a drug test within the State must pay a $2 fee.
