Bill SURPLUS PROP-CORRECTIONS Declares that certain State property in Will County controlled by the Department of Corrections is "surplus property" that shall be sold pursuant to the State Property Control Act. Provides that the moneys received from the sale to be deposited into the Road Fund and that these moneys shall be used to pay for the costs of the Interstate 55 and Weber Road interchange project. Illinois HB 735 (95th) — SURPLUS PROP-CORRECTIONS

Declares that certain State property in Will County controlled by the Department of Corrections is "surplus property" that shall be sold pursuant to the State Property Control Act. Provides that the moneys received from the sale to be deposited into the Road Fund and that these moneys shall be used to pay for the costs of the Interstate 55 and Weber Road interchange project.
