Illinois HB 937 (95th) — EPA-POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY

Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Excludes certain wood-fired and biomass-fired boiler facilities, or portions thereof, from the definition of "pollution control facility". Effective immediately.
