Illinois SB 1391 (95th) — CD CORR-GOOD CONDUCT CREDIT
Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that 90 days of early release from parole shall be awarded to any parolee who passes the high school level Test of General Educational Development (GED) while the parolee is on parole.
