Illinois SB 1395 (95th) — INC TX-WITHHOLDING
Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Sets forth procedures for employers who are required to deduct and withhold tax after January 1, 2008. Sets forth dates by which returns and payments must be made to the Department of Revenue for both quarterly and annual filings.
