Bill PROCUREMENT-REAL PROPERTY Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Requires that notices of the State's purchases of real estate must be published in the Procurement Bulletin within 7 days after execution of the purchase contract. Illinois SB 1619 (95th) — PROCUREMENT-REAL PROPERTY

Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Requires that notices of the State's purchases of real estate must be published in the Procurement Bulletin within 7 days after execution of the purchase contract. Specifies the contents of the notice. Effective July 1, 2007.
