Bill VEH CD-US NAVY LICENSE PLATES Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides for issuance of U.S. Navy license plates, at an additional initial charge of $15 and an additional renewal charge of $2 with eligibility requirements to be determined by the Secretary of State. Provides that the $15 additional initial charge and the $2 renewal charge shall go to the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund. Provides that the plates must display the U.S. Navy emblem. Illinois SB 1850 (95th) — VEH CD-US NAVY LICENSE PLATES

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides for issuance of U.S. Navy license plates, at an additional initial charge of $15 and an additional renewal charge of $2 with eligibility requirements to be determined by the Secretary of State. Provides that the $15 additional initial charge and the $2 renewal charge shall go to the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund. Provides that the plates must display the U.S. Navy emblem. Effective immediately.
