| Bill | DISSOL-ED EXPENSE-PARNT-SCHOOL | Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Provides that in proceedings for the educational expenses of a child, unless the court finds that the child's safety would be jeopardized, each parent is entitled to know the name of the educational institution that the child attends. Provides that this provision applies to all orders entered on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act. Illinois SB 2044 (95th) — DISSOL-ED EXPENSE-PARNT-SCHOOL
Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Provides that in proceedings for the educational expenses of a child, unless the court finds that the child's safety would be jeopardized, each parent is entitled to know the name of the educational institution that the child attends.
