Illinois SB 2085 (95th) — CTA-CAUSES OF ACTION
Amends the Metropolitan Transit Authority Act. Provides that certain civil actions against the Metropolitan Transit Authority must be commenced within 2 years (now, one year) from the date the injury was received or the cause of action accrued.
