Bill LQR CONTROL ACT-LICENSE Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Changes the requirements for a foreign importer's license and a non-resident dealer's license to require that the foreign importer or non-resident dealer comply with certain provisions of the Act to the same extent that these provisions apply to manufacturers. Illinois SB 2755 (95th) — LQR CONTROL ACT-LICENSE

Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Changes the requirements for a foreign importer's license and a non-resident dealer's license to require that the foreign importer or non-resident dealer comply with certain provisions of the Act to the same extent that these provisions apply to manufacturers. Effective immediately.
