Illinois SB 303 (95th) — PLASTIC CARRYOUT BAG RECYCLING
Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Creates the Plastic Carryout Bag Recycling Program. Requires retailers that distribute plastic carryout bags to consumers to implement a plastic carryout bag collection and recycling program.
