Illinois SB 455 (95th) — USE/OCC TX-AVIATION EXEMPTIONS
Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Exempts the use or sale of certain aircraft and aircraft parts and materials.
