| Bill | VEH CD-IGNITION INTERLOCK | Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that it is unlawful for any person whose driving privilege is restricted by being prohibited from operating a motor vehicle not equipped with an ignition interlock device to operate a motor vehicle not equipped with that device. Provides that a violation is a Class A misdemeanor. Provides that the person also commits a Class A misdemeanor if he or she solicits another person to blow into the device to start the engine of the vehicle.
