Bill TWP CD-RECYCLING Amends the Township Code. Provides that a township may administer a recycling program in unincorporated areas of the township. Amends the Highway Code. Illinois SB 612 (95th) — TWP CD-RECYCLING

Amends the Township Code. Provides that a township may administer a recycling program in unincorporated areas of the township. Amends the Highway Code. Provides that a road district may organize, administer, or participate in one or more recycling programs. Effective immediately.
